About us

Our Mission is to find the underlying cause of symptoms to give our clients rapid and long-term relief from their jaw pain and achieve an improved quality of life.

The Jaw Clinic is the brain-child of clinic Director Sarah Rogers. Sarah and her team have been successfully treating clients with Jaw pain and associated conditions within Physio on Bayside practices in the Bayside suburbs of Brisbane for the past ten years.

Through their hands-on approach, they have become known across Eastern Brisbane as the experts in getting effective treatment for Jaw conditions.

Jaw problems, which can present as numerous symptoms (pain, locking, clicking, headaches, neck pain, facial pain, to name but a few), are often complex and can prove tricky to manage and resolve for the dental and medical profession. This often leaves those suffering from this debilitating condition frustrated and confused.

At The Jaw Clinic, we have found that listening first and foremost to our clients,  treating the symptoms and addressing the underlying issues around their jaw problems is the key to success and, more often than not, involves a team of Professionals to get successful, lasting results.

That is why we are taking a different approach.

We have established a team to look after our clients. At The Jaw Clinic, we have highly experienced Physiotherapists who have a specialist interest in Jaw treatment. We have a Clinical Psychologist who can address those underlying mental health issues if stress and anxiety contribute to our client’s symptoms. We have an in-house Dietitian to advise our clients if they are experiencing difficulty chewing and eating due to jaw pain. We also have an experienced remedial massage therapist who works closely with our Physiotherapists.

At the Jaw Clinic, we value our relationships with your medical and Dental professionals and have found that working collaboratively with them achieves the best results for our clients.

At the Jaw Clinic, we also have Physiotherapists with special interests in Vertigo and Vestibular disorders and Hypermobility, which  can be linked to Jaw Problems.

No referral is needed to schedule an appointment at The Jaw Clinic.
